Thank you for placing an order with Eclectic. This section is included to give you information about the terms and conditions that govern our business with you. Information on orders and returns. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Contract for sale
The advertising of products on the website or from samples is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Eclectic so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once payment has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Eclectic on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Eclectic will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
Minimum Order
Intial orders are subject to a minimum value of £300 and a minimum quantity of 3 per item. Subsequent orders have the minimum item of 3 but no minimum value.
Receipt of order & Payments
In an effort to keep our prices low, we do not operate a 28 day credit period. We accept cheques or Bank Transfers, or Cash!! A deposit of 30% is required, when placing your order and the remaining balance will be requested prior to dispatch of your jewellery.
Delivery
We will confirm the delivery date upon receipt of your deposit. We aim to deliver to you within 4-6 weeks of receiving your initial deposit. We have a standard delivery charge of £15, within the UK, and orders over £1000 are delivered free, within the UK. All our goods are made specifically for every order and delivery times are intended as best estimates only. We do our best to impress but we cannot be liable for any loss or dexpnse cuased directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods. We will inform you when you final order is being dispatached. Please contact us within a week of this, if the goods have not arrived. All parcels are sent recorded delivery.
Customer Satisfaction & Returns
Customer Satisfaction is very important to Eclectic. We delight in any feed back, even negative!! We hope that you will not have any cause for returning an item! Howerer, if you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 4 days. We will be happy to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid. Because all our jewellery is made for each order, we cannot replace items where clients have changed their mind.
Guarantee
Each piece of Jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months from delivery. This guarantee only covers damage due to manufacturing fault. Please bear in mind that our jewellery does not fare well in washing machines and would prefer not to go swimming, bathing or take part in extreme physical exercise!!!
Making Returns
When returning items, please ensure that they are properly packaged and we would ask that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.
